Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, incorrect, expired or defective products, raised within 48 hours of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care, beauty, cosmetics, fragrances and intimate products are generally non-returnable.
Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method or as store credit (where applicable), typically within 5–7 business days. Where possible, we may offer replacements for eligible items.
